Enjoy with your favorite marinara or in Pasta Alla Norma, (sautéed eggplant and tomatoes topped with fresh basil), or try Penne Genovese (poached green beans and poached sliced potatoes tossed with pesto and pine nuts).

For non-vegans, create a simple cold or hot pasta salad by adding grilled chicken, lemon zest, capers and fresh parsley. Use this pasta in mac and cheese.

Cooking Instructions: Place pasta in salted boiling water for 3-5 min. Drain and serve.
